Who we are

Primus Intel (“we”, “us”) runs this website and is the controller of personal information collected through it.

You can contact us about anything in this policy, or to exercise your rights, using the contact form on this page.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:

• your name and email address;
• the content of your message, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Please don't include sensitive details (for example about your health, or about criminal matters) in your first message. If we need them, we will arrange a more secure way for you to share them.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from our own domain. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, take steps towards working with you. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To run, secure and improve this website. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a safe and reliable website.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, where they apply.

We never sell your personal information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Our website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes enquiries and technical data on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We only share your information with anyone else where you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them. Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information, or to restrict how we use it;
• object to us using your information on the basis of our legitimate interests;
• ask us to transfer information you have given us to another organisation.

This website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We restrict access to enquiries to the people who need it to respond, and we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us.
